À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a dedicated UK_CSO Technician to join our client's team in Moreton. This role focuses on packaging and labeling within the oncology and pharmaceutical sectors. The position requires onsite presence and offers a structured work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate, execute, clean, and complete clinical trial packaging operations following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct primary packaging of oral dosage forms using various equipment.
- Label and assemble clinical trial supplies, utilizing automated labeling and walleting equipment.
- Work independently and collaboratively on equipment or process projects.
- Monitor production processes and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems as needed.
- Develop proficiency in electronic systems, including SAP, and complete relevant documentation.
- Adhere to GMP requirements and quality standards in the packaging environment.
- Maintain safety standards and understand risk management principles.
- Comply with COSHH procedures and participate in internal audits.
- Engage in continuous process improvement and uphold quality and customer service standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educational background at A level, preferably in sciences or IT.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Proficient in computer use and knowledge sharing.
- Experience in a GMP packaging and labeling environment, ideally within clinical trials.
- Familiarity with SAP and basic understanding of clinical trial operations.
