Do you have the strategic vision and commercial drive to forge impactful partnerships at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation? Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated Business Development Manager!
À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the UK private care sector. This role focuses on leveraging existing relationships and expertise to expand market presence, acquire customers, and increase revenue. You will play a key role in transforming care delivery through innovative healthtech solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new clients in the private care sector, including care homes, domiciliary providers, and retirement villages.
- Leverage an established network to generate and progress sales opportunities efficiently.
- Build and maintain strategic customer partnerships to ensure high conversion rates and sustainable engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and tailored demonstrations to proposal crafting and contract negotiation.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to recommend growth opportunities.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in medtech or healthtech sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the UK private care sector.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed challenging sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of care sector procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in managing complex B2B sales cycles and using CRM systems for pipeline management.
- Existing relationships with major private care providers.
- Familiarity with introducing technology solutions into established care environments.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable, with a strong desire for growth.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
