À±½·ÊÓÆµ is seeking an Inside Sales Service Specialist to support sales operations and enhance customer experience. In this role, you will focus on preparing quotations, analyzing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate with factories and principals for pricing, lead times, and technical clarifications.
- Maintain CRM systems to track leads, quotes, and order statuses.
- Facilitate resolution of customer concerns while ensuring product and service quality.
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in documentation such as quotations, orders, and invoices.
- Act as the primary contact for service-related queries and coordinate service visits, installations, and repairs.
- Maintain service reports, warranty records, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Escalate technical issues promptly for resolution.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting techniques, and conducting virtual meetings/product demos.
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and sales automation tools is an asset.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
