��Ƶ is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst for the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and day-to-day finance operations.

Responsibilities:

Partner with sales and business units to ensure financial compliance and support commercial activities.
Organize and drive planning and analysis processes, including longterm planning, annual budgets, and forecasts.
Manage monthly closing and reporting, including sales performance and margin reviews.
Coordinate regional cost control for sales and business development.
Monitor and track rebate accruals in collaboration with sales teams.
Drive the monthly risks and opportunities process with sales teams.
Analyze business performance, recommend benchmarks, and develop plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
Support commercial financial planning and analysis for the region.
Collaborate with subregions and participate in the S&OP process.
Provide recommendations for customer pricing and credit limits and manage the approval process.
Share responsibility for financial and management accounting in accordance with IFRS and other principles.
Collaborate with Group Finance Management to ensure efficient financial systems and processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel (Advanced) and experience with SAP BW.
Experience in a fastpaced international environment is advantageous.
Fluency in both spoken and written English.
